March 15, 2020 Promotions

Good Evening Colonial Warriors of the Fleet-

As most of you know, I DO NOT promote too quickly here on the Raven. The reason behind that is there is no room for growth after that. Plus, this will allow me to observe and be able to tell, which members are here because they want to be here and be an active member of the group to the best they can, or which members are here because all they care about is just the rank and position. First of all, I will tell you to get a life. I have seen members rise up to the rank of Commander even Admiral, in such a short period of time but cannot be seen doing the work that is required for that rank and or position. Too many Chiefs and less Indians as the saying goes. These are just ficticious rank and position which is there as a means of enhancing the fun of ones membership in a particular group. I am not going to promote someone that has not contributed anything to the group. There is an old saying that what you put into your membership is what you get out of it. But when I do promote people, I will make a big deal out of it and will ensure they get the recognition they deserve because they earned it.

So, without further ado, here are your promotees on this long awaited promotion. It is effectively immediately on this day of 15th of March 2020.

I look forward to seeing more names on the WALL OF PROMOTIONS come the second promotion cycle.

The way to be promoted here on the Raven are based on the following ( DO NOT ask me for one or for I will tell you to do an about face and don't let the door hit you on your head on the way out ) :

1. Be active to the best that you can ( we all know real life can hinder being active at times )

2. Be a contributing member no matter how little or big makes a difference

3. Be motivated

4. Be respectful to your fellow shipmates

5. MOST IMPORTANTLY - HAVE FUN
